These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, books, digital products, membership programs (including The Vault), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
All content on the Services — including the Sacred Deposits™ framework, the EWD-1™ assessment, the Overdraft Principle™, the Five Deposits™, the Anti-Patterns™, the protocols, the books, the audio, the editorial writing, and all related text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of EQGenix Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you may:
Refund and return policies for physical books follow standard publishing industry practice and the policy of the retailer through which you purchased. For items purchased directly from us, contact our team within 30 days for return instructions. Signed and numbered Sacred 100 Founders editions are final sale.
Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, courses) are non-refundable once accessed. The Vault membership may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
The Services are provided "as is" and for educational and inspirational purposes. The Sacred Deposits™ frameworks are not a substitute for licensed marriage counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or in an abusive relationship, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQGenix Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
When using The Vault community or any interactive feature, you agree not to: harass other members, share private member communications externally, post unlawful or harmful content, or use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the Services. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding.
